Dominic Buchanan
Co-CEO
Dominic Buchanan is a Peabody and BAFTA winning producer, whose films have premiered, and won awards at Sundance, SXSW, Tribeca and the Cannes Film Festival to name but a few. Dominic co-founded and launched HOME TEAM in September 2020 with producer Bennett McGhee. The company has commissions with BBC, Netflix and projects in development with Universal International Studios, where they have a First Look deal, on the television side of the business.
Prior to Home Team, Dominic was VP of Production & Development at Bold Films, where on behalf of Bold Films, he co-produced the film COLETTE (2018), starring Keira Knightley. Dominic also produced director Hong Khaou’s lauded 2014 Sundance film LILTING, starring Ben Whishaw. He was an executive producer on the break-out Channel 4 & Netflix co-production, THE END OF THE F***ING WORLD. The show has won multiple accolades, including the 2020 BAFTA TV Award for Best Drama Series.

Bennett McGhee
Co-CEO
Bennett is a BAFTA and BIFA nominated producer whose credits include MOGUL MOWGLI, co-written and directed by Bassam Tariq and starring Oscar-nominated actor Riz Ahmed, with whom Tariq co-wrote the script. MOGUL won the Berlinale FIPRESCI award, picked up 7 BIFA nominations and was BAFTA-nominated for Outstanding British Film. He is also an Executive Producer on writer/director Dionne Edwards directorial debut PRETTY RED DRESS, produced by Georgia Goggin / Teng Teng Films. Other credits include director Ed Lilly’s debut film, rap-battle drama VS.; Ron Scalpello’s feature documentary BOBBY, about the sporting and cultural icon, Bobby Moore, and as Associate Producer, on multi-Oscar-nominated and BAFTA-winning BROOKLYN starring Saoirse Ronan produced by Finola Dwyer and Amanda Posey (Wildgaze Films).
Prior to Home Team, Bennett set-up Silvertown Films, and was a British Film Institute 2016 Vision Award awardee. Before then he worked at Wildgaze Films including on multi-Oscar-nominated AN EDUCATION and Dustin Hoffman’s directorial debut QUARTET; Blueprint Pictures; UK Film Council; and was selected for Working Title Films’ inaugural Action Internship Scheme.
